Ingredients : Coriander, Chilli, Pepper, Salt, Cumin, Ginger, Cloves, Cinnamon, Cardamom, Turmeric, Garlic, Onion and Refined Peanut Oil.
RECIPE : Fry chopped onions in cooking oil. Add 1 Kg (2.2 lbs) Chicken pieces, 50g Sakthi Chicken masala, Coconut paste, Salt to taste and Water. Boil the contents for 30 Minutes. Tasty Chicken kurma is ready to serve. Chicken fry also can be made. This masala can also be used to prepare vegetable gravies.
