All order cancellations must be made by telephone at least 24 hours prior to order shipping. We will not be responsible for late shipments during this time. Any order canceled and paid by PayPal will be refunded minus PayPal fees.
All returns must be made within 14 days of package receipt.
Please note that if an order is returned to us by the shipping carrier as "undeliverable" or "refused," both actual outgoing and return shipping charges would be deducted from the original order total (regardless of amount paid for shipping). If the order is requested to be re-shipped, we may charge a "re-packaging fee" and additional shipping charge for the re-shipment.
All items must be returned in their original packaging, with all original accessories. Pre-recorded media, such as CDs & DVDs must be unopened to receive a refund. Opened media may be returned only if it contains a manufacturer's defect. If the original is defective, you may exchange these items for the same title if available, if not, exchange credit will be granted for the same media type (CDs for CDs and DVDs for DVDs). Please note that seasonal items such as Diwali and other Indian Holiday merchandise may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any partially used items will not be refunded.
iShopIndian.com's return policy does not cover damage caused after an item has arrived at its destination, including spoilage, melting or other damage. All items must be returned in its original, unopened condition. iShopIndian.com will refund shipping charges only if the return is a result of our own error.
In the rare case your package is shown as delivered, but you are unable to locate it, please allow up to 10 business days for the shipper to "trace" the package and to locate lost packages. Typically this process is faster than 10 days, but we appreciate your patience during this time to adequately gather the proper information regarding the delivery of your package.
Though we attempt to update all product images, we will not accept any returns due to item packaging for items received being different than shown on the web site.
