          Ref: 'Chyawanprash'.

For this product which is in powder form the directions says to "take 1-2 teaspoons with warm milk in the morning and evening or as directed by physician". My question is, how much milk?

This is more of a jam than a powder. Typically the jam is blended into a glass of warm milk to make it easier to consume.
          I hope this helps!
