Organic ragi flour is produced from small, reddish-brown organic ragi seeds. Ragi is also know as Finger Millet in Africa and Nachani in South India.

Ragi flour is mostly used to make unleavened breads, ragi dosas (similar to crepes), porridge, ragi balls and drinks.
