Khaman Dhoklas are soft and spongy steamed cakes made from chana dal and spices. Simply add water to this mix, steam and enjoy! Alternatively, you can added fried mustard seeds to the top of the dhoklas.

Ingredients: (including contents of the sachet) : bengal gram flour, sugar, iodized salt, turmeric powder, sodium bicarbonate (E500) and citric acid (E330).
