Idli Dosai chutney is a South Indian chutney-side-dish and condiment, a specialty common in North Malabar. Coconuy Chutney is a favorite accompaniment with fried snacks like vada, as well as with steamed delicacies like idli, dosa, and upma. 

Ingredients: Desiccated coconut, water, coriander, green chilli, mint, lentils, ginger, corn oil, mustard, salt, citric acid, xanthan-gum, sodium benzoate.
