Ingredients: Red Chilli, Salt, Cumin Seed, Coriander, Turmeric, Black Pepper, Cinnamon, Garlic, Nutmeg, Ginger, Mace, Cardamom, Monosodium Glutamate (E621) as Flavour Enhancer, Bay Leaf.
