Does this dal need to be rinsed prior to cooking? Does it need to be picked through for stones, wood, etc. ?
Apr 15, 2024, 10:04Like any dry beans and lentils, it should be rinsed before use, but the presence of stone or wood would be high unlikely as they are thoroughly sorted before packaging. Thanks for the question!
