Also known as Char Magaz or Ek Magaz, Magaz seeds are often used in curries, sweets and especially in Rajasthani dishes such as "Thandai," which is a summer drink.
Magaz adds a creaminess to dishes, similar to pine nuts or almonds. It is high in proteins, fatty acids and vitamins.
