Kirtiraj Single Black Pepper Papad is a thin and crispy lentil wafer.

Simply grill or deep fry a few seconds on both sides until crispy (turns golden brown). It is also possible to microwave them.

Ingredients: matpe bean flour (urad dal flour), black peppercorns, salt, mixed spices, raising agent: Soda bi-carbonate, vegetable oil.
