Green Tea is rich in flavonoids
Tulsi: Tulsi is one of the best known adaptogenic herbs. Adaptogens are natural biologically active substances that occur in herbs like Tulsi. Green Tea: Green Tea is rich in antioxidant flavonoids, including catechins. The most abundant catechin in green tea is epigallocatechin-3-gallate (EGCG). This compound is largely responsible for the antioxidant, and all other beneficial properties of Green Tea. These catechins also stimulate the burning of fat in liver and muscles.
How to brew? Place a bag in a cup and pour approx. 100ml of boiling water on that. Let it brew for 2-3 min. You can sweeten with honey.
