Nirav Cloves Whole

Cloves are the immature, unopened flower buds of an evergreen tree that grows in tropical parts of Southeast Asia, east Africa and the West Indies. Although native to the Moluccan islands of Indonesia, cloves have been grown in India for centuries. In Indian dishes, cloves are used for flavoring curries and rice. It is also one of the many ingredients of Garam Masala.
