Jaggery Squares (gur) - 2 lbs

This coarse, dark, unrefined sugar is made from the juices of crushed sugar cane. It has a sweet, caramel flavor. It can be used interchangeable in many recipes with regular sugar. Jaggery is also known as Gur or Gud. 

Ingredients: Unrefined sugarcane juice, sulphite
