Ancient Veda Kumkum

Kumkum is a form of Shakti. Applying kumkum on the forehead is a symbol of Hindu culture and also of sacredness and auspiciousness. Pure haldi (turmeric) powder is mixed with a decanted solution of lime (chuna) and little pure camphor and we get pure kumkum.
