A sweet, sour and spicy preparation of tamarind and spices that is commonly mixed with cooked rice for making a tangy rice entree.
Ingredients: Tamarind, Chilly, Gingelly oil, Bengal Gram, Turmeric Powder, Dhania, Toor Dall, Vendhayam, Asafoetida.
Instructions:
- Add a proportionate measure of Vathkozhambu thokku to the Boiled Rice and mix well.
- Also can be served with Dosai, Idly etc..
- Use clean and dry spoon only.
