Pav Bhaji is perhaps the only delicacy that has become the city’s culinary landmark. A favorite anytime meal at Mumbai (Bombay) foodstalls, this appetizing curry dish is very popular all across India. This dish is a delicate preparation of select potatoes, tomatoes, onions, cauliflower and green peas in a richly spiced sauce. It is traditionally enjoyed with butter fried bread rolls or naan breads.
