Mango and ginger complement each other wonderfully as one is sweet and one is spicy. This chutney is a great accompaniment to papaddums, fried foods or meat dishes.

Ingredients: sugar, peeled mango slices, ginger shreds, sugarcane, vinegar, salt, chilli powder, ginger powder and garlic powder.
