Kachori have a thick, crispy flour outside and are filled with a mixture of cooked flour and spices. They are spicy and sweet snack ball, great for snacking.

Ingredients: Gram flour, wheat flour, refined palmolein oil, moong, sugar, chili powder, tamarind, bay leaves, dried ginger powder, garam masala, coriander, fennel seeds, sesame seeds, cumin, black salt, dried mango powder, cinnamon, turmeric powder and salt.
