Aachi Vathakulambu Rice Paste
This specialty South Indian dish is special mix of vathal (dried spice berries), tamarind and spices. Simply add to cooked rice and enjoy!
Mix 3 – 4 tbsp of Aachi Vatha kulambu rice paste to 400 – 450g of cooked rice. Garnish with coriander leaves and serve.
Ingredients: onion, tomato, refined sunflower oil, dehydrated wonder berry, tamarind, salt, red chili powder, coriander, mustard, compounded hing, acidity regulator.
