Aachi Idly Chilly Powder

Idly Chilly powder is a must-have accompaniment for most South Indian families. It is mixed with ghee or sesame (gingelly) oil and eaten as a dip with idli, dosa, poori and chapati.

Dal, chilli powder, sesame seeds, asafoetida, curry leaves and salt.
