A darker curry powder that has been roasted and ground for added flavour. Popular in South Indian and Sri Lankan cooking, try it as an alternative to the standard curry powder available. Can be used in preparing fish curry, dry fish curry, egg curry, tomato curry, tamarind curry, spicy curry, fenugreek curry and Vathakulambu.
