Organic Red Rice Poha is made from flattened Organic red rice. Flattened rice is easy to cook and very nutritious. Simply soak the poha in hot water, wait a few minutes for the rice to soak in the water, and add to your dish. Be careful not to mix the cooked poha too much or the flakes will start to break apart.

Red rice is easily digestible and is perfect for a morning or evening snacks.
