Organic poha is also known as pawa, aval, pounded, flaked. beaten or pressed rice. Organic rice is husked, cleaned, parboiled, drained and then flattened by large rollers until very thin.

Poha is naturally gluten-free and is used in a multitude of dishes.

Poha cooks very fast; just soak in very hot water and cook with your favorite spices and/or vegetables.
