Unrefined sugar cane juice is pressed from organic cane sugar and then dried in block form.

This jaggery comes in a 2 separate blocks (not in cubes).

Processed in a facility that also handles wheat, soy, barley, mustard, sesame, dairy ingredients, peanut and tree nuts.
