Raj (Ajay Devgan) lives with his brother Rahul (Dushyant), a 14 year old with cerebral palsy, whom he adores. Suman (Namrata Shirodkar), a neighbor loves Raj though he always shrugs her off. One day, Raj meets Madhuri (Sonali Bendre) and they fall in love. Even Rahul begins to adore Madhuri. She makes Raj aware that Rahul needs to be in a special school. Wary at first, Raj eventually agrees. When Rahul finds out he gets very upset. Will Raj change his mind? Will this affect his relationship with Madhuri?
