Kool Freeze Ice Cream / Kulfi Shipments
All Kulfi orders are carefully packed with dry ice in a reusable insulated box, which is placed inside a corrugated double-strength box, and shipped overnight to ensure quality and product integrity. All orders will be shipped via DHL Overnight service which arrives by 6 PM the next business day. After placing your order for Kool Freeze products, you will receive a separate email with a DHL Tracking Number which you can use to track your package and plan accordingly to be at the shipping address to receive the frozen products. Somebody must be at the shipping address on the day of delivery to ensure the product is placed in the freezer immediately. For recipients in rural areas, please check for availability by emailing us at customercare@ishopindian.com.
Orders will be processed within 48 business hours. Kool Freeze products will be shipped Monday through Thursday. Saturday delivery is currently not available.
IMPORTANT: iShopIndian.com and Kool Freeze guarantees that all ice cream orders will arrive frozen within one day of shipment. If no one is present to receive the order, DHL will attempt to leave the package in as secure a place as possible. Upon receipt, remove all Kulfi boxes from packaging and place immediately in freezer to guarantee a quality frozen product. iShopIndian.com, Kool Freeze and DHL cannot be held responsible for the condition of the frozen product if the recipient is unable to receive the package upon delivery.
