Dillagi

Dillagi revolves around the tender and ticklish ways of the heart. Millenniums may come, millenniums may go, but that wonderful, timeless feeling called love remains the one constant emotion. This love story traverses three generations of a family, represented by Biji, (Zohra Sehgal) the adorable grandma and her son, who migrated from a laid back village to the teeming metropolis of Mumbai. Now the patriarch, Veer Sing (Dara Singh) has made good in the city. And how! His is the classic rags to riches story. The story now shifts to the present to Veer Singh's two thoroughly unlike sons Ranvir (Sunny Deol) and Rajvir (Bobby Deol). Ranvir is a man of few words, a workaholic, responsible and a hopeless romantic. While the younger brother has the gift of the gab. An extrovert by nature he loves the fast life, is footloose and fancy-free. If these two brothers are as unlike as chalk and cheese , they still have one common interest, it is the sweet and simple campus girl Shalini (Urmila Matondkar).
