Khakhra making is an art that comes with practice. Its making is usually a family affair where Khakhras are spread on white sheets as far as one can see. The members of the family roll them out, roasting them once, and roasting them again. At the end of it, 100s of perfect Khakhras are cooled and boxed.
Ingredients: whole wheat flour (76%), vegetable oil (palmolein), salt, dried fenugreek leaves, turmeric powder, red chili powder, carom seeds, green chili, asafoetida and citric acid.
